• Celtic Connections Gig
  
  Took place on Friday 18 January 2008 @ Oran Mor, Glasgow
  Featuring Teenage Fanclub's Norman Blake, Idlewild's Roddy Woomble, Jo Mango, Nuala Kennedy, Louise Quinn, L-Marie and Found's Ziggy Campbell, the Oran Mor concert marked a second airing for the brand-new songs created during the 2007 Songhouse -  a week's residential hot-housing in Autumn 2007 premiered at Edinburgh's Queen's Hall in December 2007.
• Festival of Song
  The Burnsong Festival is dedicated to the art and craft of songwriting and to promoting the best of Scottish contemporary talent.
• Songwriting Conference
  An opportunity for songwriters to get together for a day of inspiring speakers and debates.
