The Gathering 05

From its launch date on 25 January to the closing date in May 2005, 800 songs were sent in from all kinds of people from across Scotland.

A prestigious panel of songwriters and producers spent the summer picking 16 of the best for performance by professional musicians at Burnsong - Live!, in November 2005 and broadcast on BBC Radio Scotland.
